What are the steps of a civil case?

What are the steps in the deportation process? how can i find out the results of immigration case of friend?

  • My friend was taken in for having an expired visa. He is in custody at a detention center and the last time I called the employee there told me he had a hearing that day. I called today and someone different answered and told me they couldnt tell me anything. How do I find out?! What exactly happens inside detention centers and how can I know if he gets transferred or sent home? Serious answers only please.

    Unfortunately unless you are acting as his legal representation you will not have access to him. Obviously you'll need to have been qualified in law to do so. Nor does the center have to provide you with a status. Your best bet is to let things run their course. I can understand it's a nervous time for you wondering what is going on, but hopefully once things settle down he'll be able to contact you and let you know the outcome. Good luck.

you will not find any information on this. once hes been captured and if there are no felonies hes toss immediately. he if wants he will contact you from where ever he was deported to.
