What is the best country to live in Europe?

I'm a canadian and I would like to go to europe to live and work wit my family what would be the best country?

    In the EU, employment preference goes to citizens of the country first, then second to citizens of other EU countries. Non-EU citizens have little to no chance of getting any employment visa unless their employer transfers them to the company's office in the EU. So if you were, for example, a senior international banker, your bank could transfer you to their operations in whatever country they want you. Do note, however, that even international bankers usually get transferred first to less-popular postings and only the more senior and experienced get plum choices.

Uk, everyone speaks English (obviously) which means you don't have to waste time taking up language courses, u get very good wages, FREE Health Care (injections etc which would cost hundreds anywere else), and various other benefits, recommend south east England as all the big companies are stationed down there (aswell as much better weather)

Norway would be the best technically,but if you don't have a Master's degree or PHD in an demand local application your idea of moving will cease quite readily.I believe Petroleum engineers are in demand in Norway and the UK in the North.
