My granma lost her birth certificate how do i obtain a new one, she wants me to fiend out.?

• my grandma needs to renew her licence, it is expired, she lost her birth certificate, we need to get a new one, how can we get one? iv looked at the requirements, she cant get a passport, drivers licence, photo id or millitary id with out it, all of that are required to get one. the utility bills are not in her name, so if any one has a phone number where to resolve this or knows how please help. iv tryed all that i can think of and everything to get a new one, basicly requires one to get that kind of information.

  She would need to contact the vital records office in the county of her birth. In most cases, this can be done online. County websites are usually in the format of nameofcountystatecode.gov (so, in the case of where I live, clarkcountynv.gov). There is no other way to get one. Edit: I'm confused what you mean when you say you know where to get her birth certificate but you need another way to get it. There is no other way, unless you're talking about illegal methods. As to renewing the license online, you would need to go to the DMV website of the city you live in. Without knowing exactly where that is (crystal ball broke, sorry!), we can't help with the website address but Google is your friend, so try that. In most states, if her license has been expired over 30 days, it can not be renewed online. You could also try talking to the DMV to see what else they would accept, such as medical information etc.
