Seeking High Performance Center in the USA?

A illegal immigrant bailed out on Bond from detention center commits crime of unproper photography/videograp?

  • and bailed out from this crime and was put on immigration hold and sent to detention center again, imposed with huge Bond money. The crime is-- taking photography/videography on a waterfall in a park of small kids enjoying there. The immigrant is ignorance of law over there in USA, but he love small kids, birds, bikes etc. Is this crime is serious one.I think crime of this type depends upon the intentions of the so called criminal. In this case immigrant entered USA illegally, seeking asylum, because of danger to his life in his parent country. His intentions may not be of kidnapping kids or some thing else but just affection with kids. His case should be dismissed.Pl.send me ur opinons.

  • Answer:

If he were a true asylum seeker, he would have applied immediately upon entering the US, and not when he's facing deportation. As for the photography / videography charge, I suspect there is more to the story than what you're telling us. Lots of people take photos and videos in parks without getting themselves arrested. Without seeing the complete details of the case as laid out in the official charges, it would be impossible for us to form a valid opinion of the merits of the case, but if he entered the country illegally, then he is definitely an illegal alien who has no legal right to remain here and should be deported.

That is a very serious crime in this country, and it shouldn't be dismissed and it won't be dismissed. He will likely have to forfeit his bond, and will get deported. It is every immigrant's duty to do some research on the culture and customs of the country they are going to. For example, if I steal something in Iran, I am under their jurisdiction and can have my hand cut off. I can't cry to the US to help me. So frankly, no one really cares what you think and god willing, he will be gone soon.

NO ONE in a detention center, for deportation, gets bail. I had a friend deported for traffic tickets. he overstayed his visa to continue working here and support his mom back in the islands. after 9-11 the laws changed drastically.

He needs a good criminal attorney (if charges were brought) and a good immigration attorney. Without the whole story, no one here can help.
