How long will it take to get permenant settlement in australia after i am married to an australian citizen?

    Despite now being married to an Australian your conviction is now on the international record (the US and Australia share all these details and it will come up when your background it checked) you will not be allowed to move to Australia even on a visitor visa. Sorry but if she cannot live without you she will need to move to India to be with you. Marriage does not override your conviction - and Australia DOES NOT permit people with a child sex conviction to even visit Australia let alone live here. EDIT: Looking at your other questions you seem to have several wives? One living in London and one living in India - your question is the same but the location and nationality of your wife is different? So I doubt this is a true question.
