Why the DS-160 application form won't "Sign and submit" for US visa?

  • I have been trying to proceed with the online application but at the last stage of submission the online form doesn't appear to be accepting the "Sign and Submit" button. nothing happens at all when I press the "Sign and Submit" button. no page loads . nothing at all. Is there any way to submit this application in Hard copy?
