What do I need to do to move to Germany?

I'm a certified Massage therapist, and i was hoping to move to Germany and i need a job.What do i do !? :/?

    Massage therapist = Masseur in German Its not the best quailification to move to Germany and find a job. Because massage therapy is usually a part of the profession of a physiotherapist (Physiotherapeut) And there are lots of physiotherapists in Germany - its a kind of a trendy profession. from the official page of the German foreign ministry: "Citizens of the United States of America, Australia, Canada, Israel, Japan, New Zealand, Switzerland, as well as EU citizens may apply for their residence permit for work purposes after entering Germany without a visa. Citizens of other countries are required to apply and obtain a visa for work purposes prior to entry (an option also open to US citizens) at the German Embassy in Washington, the Consulates in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles, Miami, New York or San Francisco"
