I strongly suggest that you look in your phone book (or on google) for a good local lawyer or public attorney. I doubt there are any lawyers on this site, and no advice you receive here will be a replacement for the advice of licensed legal counsel. There are public attorneys in several local directories that can guide you on what you can do to protect your rights. There is a whole system in place to ensure your rights are protected, but you do need to seek them out. In the mean time, while I can't advise you legally, I can tell you that worrying in the mean time will not do you any good. Relax, explain your situation calmly to a public defender or attorney, and they can help you resolve this. These situations often seem more terrifying than they really need to be, but it's important your rights are protected.

I'm not exactly sure what you are talking about. Was the other lady dealing drugs? At least in the USA a person is expected to know what is going on in their residence. If there is illegal activity everyone can get into trouble. Good luck I hope u resolve your situation so you don't get into trouble. In the future be very careful of people living with you.
