How To Withdraw From Virtapay?

Immigration: Judge agreed to withdraw the case vs. the attorney refuses to follow the direction?

Willing to withdraw the asylum case upon agreement of judge vs. attorney refuses to do so? I want to withdraw my asylum case independently because the ex attorney refuses to do so. What motion should I sign to the judge to make her 'LISTEN TO THE REAL SITUATION" that is all about greed of lawyers and high incompetence. My judge said that I can withdraw my case only if the ex attorney who was dealing with the case (I have another ongoing attorney) would write the petition of withdrawal and petition of attorney.But my ex attorney refused to do so otherwise the joined petition with my current attorney would be signed. I think she just want to benefit financially from my hardship to end up the asylum case upon agreement of Judge who just requires 2 petitions from attorney.Recently I have filed the marriage based case and is not willing to follow with the asylum case. I would like to withdraw the asylum case because what is the reason fo rme to follow with two legal cases: I am pretty sure the asylum is much more longer to get the papers.
