Where and how to report overstaying tourist?

Does overstaying 90 day limit in spain on tourist visa, deny future exit and re-entrance?

  • Im planning on moving to Spain in september and I wanted to know if overstaying my visa would affect any future re-entry if I were to leave the country to come back to the US. I mean, it would probably be by a couple of months or so. I have tried getting my work permit visa but its been such a hassle!! I might just have to over welcome my stay if necessary. I just dont want to run any serious risk of deportation. I am not planning on working illegally by taking spanish jobs, in fact I want to start my own videography business, and if successful, it might actually create jobs.

  • Answer:

i know that in poland it does.....my bosses son just left for their WITHOUT a return ticket and he was told that if he stays longer that he will be deported and will not be allowed to return for at least 2 years....you need to contact a good international lawyer to find out and if you chose to ignore the law then you must pay the consequence
