Illegal immigrant and uk visa?

Hi, Is it possible apply for UK visa if my daughter is already illegal in UK (she is more than 18 years old)? If somebody let know to the UK boarder agency about that fact is that mean that my visa will be refused? Just to want to add that I want to apply for residence as EU family member (my second daughter is married with Spanish and both have permanent residence in UK), I'm currently on the 6 months entry clearance. I'm afraid that if my visa is refused I will not be able to come to UK for few next years.

Answer:
Your daughter cannot change her status from illegal to legal. Full stop. You may apply for yourself through your daughter, but that's about it. Your illegal daughter will not be able to join the rest of the family legally.
