Which countries offer work permit or residency after studies ?

• I want to know which countries offer international students the opportunity to work or apply for residency after completion of their studies. I have done my undergraduate in UK and there was opportunity to get Work Permit but I had to come back to my country as I had business to take care of, now I am looking to do postgraduate studies in a country which can offer work permit or residency to students after graduating. I know that UK, Canada, Australia offers this facility I need to know which other countries around the world that offers this, from Asia, Europe, South America, Africa, Middle East, Oceania all countries u can think of please put down the answer.
