How to immigrate from the USA to Tunisia?

I want to legally immigrate to usa . how ?

  • I would appreciate if a lawer can show me a way to immigrate to usa , i live in iran and so difficult ( perhaps impossible ) to get visa to usa , my dream is to live in usa with my family , no us embassy here , i have no family in usa to send me invitation . i have tried green card lottery for more than 15 years no chance at all , but like million of people who live in usa i want to be one of them to hopefully make better life for my childrens , need professional advise from laweers , some people showing illegal way , this is not what i want i want to fly there as a human and legally only .send me email please [email protected]

    If you don't have any family to petition for you,then your other option would be a work visa. In order to get a work visa you will need to be highly educated and highly skilled in a profession that is needed in the US. A US employer has to sponsor you. Other than that,you have to keep trying the lottery.

I was going to say Green Card lottery but you already tried that. The only other way I can think of is to go to Cuba. From there if you can manage to take a boat to Florida and actually set foot on it you will become a legal resident. In Florida there is a wet foot dry foot policy which makes it different from crossing the border from Mexico or Canada. This is very dangerous though and success isnt likely because the Coast Guard patrols the heck out of the area. Some few lucky ones though get across.

The only way you can obtain immigrant visa, is have a sponsor who has to file Petition for you.
