What type of manager do you have to be to apply for a H-1B visa to work in America?

• i'm a UK resident, studying a a BA Honor's degree in early childhood studies to become a manager of a children's centre or daycare centre and i'm wondering if this sort of manager role would allow me to be eligible to apply for a H-1B visa to work in the USA?

H-1B work-authorization is strictly limited to employment by the sponsoring employer
