Is this the first unofficial installment Obama is making to make the Dream Act become reality?

  Apparently you didn't read the Dream Act. What you mentioned was a "feel good" executive order for a photo op which is basically everything we do right now. Even children of illegal aliens get the same education that the child of a taxpaying citizen would get. The Dream Act is totally unrelated. I guess he is pandering for votes right now, trying to galvanize the base to come out and vote, but I don't think it will work. The Democrats are in for one hell of a whoopin and you know it. The Dream Act failed with a supermajority in the Senate, it will fail again with 9 less democrats.
