How long does it take to replace a lost Syrian passport?

I lost my passport in 2007. Do I need to resubmit my certificate of citizenship?

  • I lost my passport in year 2007 and reported to the Authority on the phone. However, I never tried to replace my passport. If I go to the post office and try to get the new passport, will they take my certificate of citizenship again? First time, they took my certificate of naturalization and then, they mailed me the passport with that certificate. Will they take it again?

    YES! same thing when you first applied. they will ask you if it was your first to apply, you tell them you want to replace Lost Passport.
