If you go to medical school abroad, AND complete a residency abroad, can you come to USA and start working?
-
I know I already asked a similar question, but... Say I graduate from medical school in Russia, and I complete a residency in Russia in a specialized field, say radiology. Can I come to the USA and start working right away as a radiologist without completing a residency in the USA? (Assuming I pass all my step1/2/3 tests)
