Permanent resident marries to a student visa in Canada?

Let me get this straight...as your question is confusing... You are a Permanent US Resident with a Legal "Green Card" Right ??? You married a a Canadian Girl, in the USA on a "Student Visa"...Right ??? I am guessing the above as Canada doesn't have what is called a "Green Card"... As a Legal resident of the USA you can marry any Female you want... Since you are Not a US Citizen you CANNOT file for a Marriage VISA for her... If she is here on a Student Visa from Canada she will have to return to Canada when it expires. Now this is where it gets confusing... What Country is she from ??? If she has filed in Canada for immigration to there...you are not on that application, and will not be allowed to live in Canada.
