Can i apply ILR with out any problem?

Im working since 2006 as a work permit holder( as a head waiter)but 2009 march to 2010 May i used to work as a sole trader the sam hotel,same employer.and 2010 june to at present im working the same hotel same employer as a PAYEE.my visa expire coming dec 8th.my question is when i used to work as a self employed normally im not geting p60. but i have all record what i paid Tax and NI. if i go to apply premium service gan i get ILR with out any proplem?or do i need Emigration lawyer?

sorry. not been the country long enough and being a waiter in a hotel is not a high paying job. New rules have come out. Apply. But I do not think you would get ILR. Do i need Emigration lawyer? Yes.
