How can I find out who called immigration on me?

  • I am an illegal immigrant facing deportation. Can a immigration lawyer find out what is in his clients file even if the information was given anonymously. Or is it strictly hidden? He told me if he sees anything he will tell me. How do I find out who called immigration fraud on me.

  • Answer:

You're already in trouble for immigration violations. Don't make it worse by trying to retaliate against those who reported you.

It doesn't matter, you are here illegally and have no rights other than to deportation.

What's the point? Try it the legal way the next time.

No you can't, nor should you be able to. If you're really an illegal alien you deserve to be kicked out and every real citizen should be against you. Go away!

NO you cant find out - Canada is a free country not a dictatorship you are illegal therefore you are breaking Canadian laws - so Canadians have every right to report your illegal actions to the authorities.

Just go back to Canada and forget about it

I would try asking the tax department. They can usually track immigration reports, as the immigration office informs them when someone is reported for immigration fraud.

Impossible to find out! He cannot tell you anything, probably does not know anyway.
