For a 10 month anniverasary? Have you don't something every month? Your wife may like it but I would think it is to much. In 2 months you will have your 1 Year anniversay wait and do somehting really special then.

Well get her something that will take her back to a wonderful time you guys have shared in the past 10 years. Get her something meaningful that has alot of meaning to you and her. Like something you remember. My dad got my mom on their 10th a red rose and a pink diamond ring because the day I was born he waited till I was asleep and gave my mom a red rose and a pink pendant to represent one of the happiest days he ever had with her.
