consult a color wheel. red and green are best used together. Not like Christmas red. Other colors that would work would be plum, wine, pink or a light green. This might help: http://www.brides.com/planning/receptions/colorstudio/

I used hunter green, with chocolate and ivory accents. Fuschia would be good for spring, though.

I'm guessing he's in the Army. My husband wore is Dress Greens when we got married a little over 10 yrs ago. My colors were forest green, cream and burgundy. I my flowers were stargazer lilies, carnations(pink, peach and burgundy), asters and daisies. Best of luck to you.

mint green lime green pale yellow tan white champagne stay away from RED...to christmasy find pale colors since forest is so deep

I'd say something like lilac or lavender. They blend very well and it will lighten the forest without being too harsh

I'm an artist. I suggest pink roses. They will compliment the green beautifully. They will bring out your femininity and the green will bring out his masculinity. I'd have a pale cream gown, and dress your bridesmaids in soft greens that are just lighter shades of the green in the uniform. (so they don't clash, but blend in). Have the girls carry cream roses, so your pink ones really stand out.

You don't have to have green to match his uniform. If you do want to have green though, cream would be the best choice

go bright! pink! orange! do the shocking! make it pop! right now popular colors are hot pink and pumpkin orange, and they are wonderful with dark green! just white is classy! simple, and very understated! if you wish to match a bit more, go yellow.. they have actual green flowers, and you can make it all tones of green! red is always classic, but it might look like the holidays we just passed, but go and check at a paint counter, check the chips to see what you like the most!
