Should I ask him to marry me?

Hi there, i want to ask how to marry my boyfriend. we both want to marry, but our family specially his family.?

• is conservative and do not want to marry with me. but we both want to marry. we are both professionals in our field, he is travel reservation agent and i am an l/c negotiator. please give me an idea we want to marry, and want our life newly. we only marry outside from this country. but not in our country. i am from pakistan.i have an idea to collect some money and go dubai with him for about one month, marry there and search a job there too in one month. please is this right or give me some idea to marry. i am desparate to marry with him and start my new life. i am fed up with this life. i am 24 and he is 30. please he is very sincere with me. give me idea some where i can go and marry with him and start my new life with him . i am waiting for your answers. thanks
