I am planning to get married to a Peruvian in Peru and then plan to get her over to India. What type of visa does she need? Can she come on a X ( enrty) visa and is it possible to get that visa directly from the Indian embassy in peru?

Have you checked the history of that girl? Is she a mail order bride or a consequence of internet romance? I too was considering marrying a foreigner through mail order bride service, but declined. Because it is difficult to find their history. They are less conservative then Indian girls. She may not be able to adjust in India. Considering all this you should marry an Indian girl only.
