The life of a marine?

This Marine Needs life Encouragement!?

• I'm in the Marine Corps and i was wondering if anyone has any encouragement for me. I had two scholarships in college but decided that I would join the Marine Corps and shortly after my grandma died. Then my Mom divorced my dad of 22 years and left my four sisters and brothers. My dad works all the time and I feel its my fault that im not there to be their brother and support them. My life is hard as h*ll waking up everyday at around four and getting off then getting ready for the next day. My gf who came up here to live for awhile moved back home while i was at work and is now back in college being able to see these guys who get to party and do whatever they want and live the life. I just dont ever get a break with much in life and no matter how hard i try i wake up expecting bad news. All day everyday i get bad news and im just trying to survive. any enncouragement? I'm down on myself, self pride, and altogether confidence which ive always had and people have been able to see. now im just an empty shell

  You cant carry the weight of the world on your shoulders. I am sorry to hear about your grandma and I know you cant get your parents back together but You can still be there for your brothers and sisters, call them , write them, text them. let them know you care. You seem like an amazing brother. You say you never get a break in life? Two Scholarships. And Four brothers and sisters. Sounds like you have alot of people who love you and look up to you, who need you to be more then just an empty shell. There will be plenty of other girls and plenty of time to party and live the life when you are back home.
