Scientific Explanation of why people cry when they are sad?

Constantly tired, headaches for over 2 years, find it hard to talk to people without crying?

  • i am always tired, i do alot of exercise as i am a dancer and used to be a gymnast but no matter how much sleep I get I am always tired, i have also suffered from headaches for over 2 years now and the doctors still don't no why, i also find it extremely hard to talk to people about how i feel or anything without crying, i also just cry over stupid things and sometime nothing at all. what could be wrong with me? im only 17 and could really do without all of this :( please could someone give me an explanation

    I know a few people who had this same problem doctors didint know what it was and couldn't help them finally they went to a holistic doctor/ chiropractor heres what you have to do and its not easy but it works stay off of: 1) sugar and all diet sugars like splenda= this is what is causing the head aches 2) wheat= this is whats making you tired there are loads of substitutes for this like spelt and rice flower 3) citrus- like orange juice= also causing headaches take iron pills (the slowfe kind) that will also help with your tiredness= you might have a slight iron deficiency that wont show up on tests but taking a pill will help as for the mood swings once you fix your head aches and stuff that will go away as well be very carfull about what you eat eat only healthy stick to this for about a month and youll see that it works

By what you had said i think your depressed you should get the house more. Talk and go out with your friends more . Go in sixth forum, collage or even get a job. All this will take your mind of things. You could also try to do Stress relief exercises.
