How To Feel Good?

I feel like im never good enough how do i get out of this feeling?

• im 15 and i just feel like im never good enough for any one my dad always wants me to be number one and if im not i feel useless in the world and even if i am number 1 i still don't feel like the best i always feel like i could do better also everyone around me always pushes me a step up makes me try harder cause i act like i can take it but it really brings me down but i hide it with a smile cause i try to be a Strong person. don't think im suscidal i was at one point but i realised it was not worth it it was only gonna hurt more people i just feel like no one is proud of me i look like i am ok and i seem really stong and out going but on the inside im like dieing and i do get bullied at school sometimes i get called fat and ugly and a slut i try not to let it bother me and i fight back sometimes but it really does hurt it goes right to the heart and idk what to do anymore dont say go to a doctor i wanna take care of this myself i feel like getting help is like giving up letting the enemy win please help if u could or went though this ur self
