What could these symptoms (dizziness, mood change, memory less etc.) mean?
-
Over the past few months I've been concerned about a number of things going wrong. I will admit I've had a touch of insomnia, and I've been under a lot of stress, but some of these things I feel are just not normal. The symptoms include; - Dizziness was walking or standing up/sitting down and first thing in the morning - Looking into bright light sometimes hurts/gives me a headache - Getting easily frustrated and getting aggressive/having violent thoughts - Getting headaches at the back and top of my head (I don't usually get headaches, and these have been lasting for several hours, even after napping) - Little patience - Forgetting where I am going/where I am, and faces of familiar people - Forgetting tasks such as turning things off, picking up stuff, even putting rubbish in the bin or turning taps off - Mixing up my words when speaking (such as saying "my annoying shoe's in my foot", when I meant to say "there's an annoying stone in my shoe", which my friends thought was highly amusing) - Stumbling when walking, or losing balance occasionally - Hearing going weird - one minute someone talking will be loud (almost like shouting) and the next it will be quiet. I'm also getting easily aggravated by noise - Difficulty registering what people say some times - My handwriting has worsened, I can't think of what to write sometimes, and my drawing ability has gotten much, much worse - Making silly mistakes such as writing the wrong endings on words (for example, putting aggressing instead of aggressive etc.) - Not being able to concentrate; I'll be writing something and someone will start talking beside me and I'll start writing down random snippets of their conversation whilst trying to write the sentence I originally had in my head - Unable to picture things in my head as well (again, going back to not being able to remember faces of people such as my parents and close friends) - Getting "pins and needles" in my arms, and aches in my limbs and sometimes numbness. Also aches in my neck. - Sometimes my vision goes blurry, particularly in my right eye. - Having anxiety spells, and getting "the shakes" - Apathetic and lethargic - not wanting to do anything, losing interest in all things, feeling sluggish and going on and off my food I know these symptoms could mean a lot of things, and my best bet is to go and talk to a doctor, but I'm wondering if I'm just overreacting. I've had some problems at school with friends and stuff, and for quite a while I've been slurring my words together. I'm still getting good grades at school, and eating every day, as well as getting at least 6+ hours sleep, and resting when I get home. I just want to know what all or some of these symptoms could mean; I don't want to go the doctor's yet in case people (especially my mum) think I'm just being silly, though I will go speak with the school nurse next week just to voice my concerns. (I do also have problems with my periods - as they last too long and are too heavy - and I'm on tablets for that. I don't know if these could be some of the side effects, but the booklet with it didn't mention a lot of the things above...)

Answer:
Go to your doctor. Tell him/her of your problems YOUR N.O.T being silly, A 14 year old should Not be having all those problems it means theres something wrong. It doesn't matter what your mum thinks. If you think there is something wrong then there is something wrong..Your the only one who knows how your body feels and can tell if something is wrong. And you said blured vision in right eye, headaches and other stuff IT could be something in the brain. so it means its serious

These are serious symptoms, for example could be a stroke or a blood clot in the brain. You should get emergency treatment. Hope for the best, but check on the worst.

Sounds like a couple of things. A: yer getting older. B: inner ear infection can cause a TON of symptoms because everything is basically connected. Go see yer doc.

Sounds like you are on Anxiety pills. But Insomnia can give you all of those symptoms. But thats only if you have not been sleeping hardly at all for awhile.

the list that comes with medicines don't cover all the possible side effects. only the most common. you need to call your doctor and let him/her know what you are experiencing and let him/her know and decide if this is caused by your medicine and what to do about it. it could very well be the medicine that you are on or be caused by something else that needs to be treated asap. the sooner you call your doctor the sooner your mind can be put to rest or something can be done about it.
