What is wrong with me? Weird pulse feeling in brain and hot all over? I'm a bit scared...HELP?

So for the past 2 weeks I've been having this really odd feeling in my head. The best way I can describe it is a pulse like feeling with a rate that matches my heart beat. Also I've been feeling a lot of heat in my face. Two weeks ago when it started I also vomited three times. I also have a really awful throat ache, ear ache and chest pain. My thinking is really foggy too, my eyes are feeling more sensitive to light and I've been having extreme fatigue even though I sleep PLENTY (usually 9-11 hours) and I've tried sleeping less but I'm still extremely tired. My mom will NOT take me to the doctor and she always thinks I am fine. I don't think I'm fine at all. I mean yeah it could be nothing but...better safe than sorry, right? I know you all aren't doctors but since my mom refuses to take me to the doctor do any of you know what could possibly be wrong with me?
