What are the symptoms of an anxiety disorder? and what can be done to help?

inability to concentrate on anything even when i try hard to, racing heartbeat, nervousness to speak up in large groups, constant negative thoughts, like playing out scenarios that havent even happened yet and always having them be negative, tremors in hands, getting uncomfortable when people are looking at me, racy thoughts, obsessing over negative events and assuming people judged me for it or think negatively of me now, insomnia, mood swings, flushing of the face almost everytime i speak up in classes, even if what i say is nothing to be embarassed about, spats of depression. ive had these symptoms for a while now and ive considered it maybe to be anything from social anxiety disorder, to hyperthyroidism but my doctors cant help me out. any ideas?
