I feel like a LOSER and a failure. I feel like I am stuck and I am not achieving anything. I need help?

After that I finished undergrad and wanted to go to med school. I want to become successful doc and be recognized as the best surgeon. But I am nowhere near it But after high school. I do not seem to be achieving anything in life. I mean I got low GPA in college. My bro and I always fight. My mom started putting pressure on me to marry someone ever since I was 18(right after high school) so I don't get along with her. My dad lost faith in me because of my constant failure and poor perfrmance. No one cares. I see sooo many successful people, celebrities and they are all recognized and famous. I am not achieving anything in life. I failing in my classes. I have everyone but I feel sooo lonely. I just feel soo pathetic and feel like my existence is such a waste. I don't know what to do. I have an exam for my grad school in two days and I am not able to study thinking about all this. Could someone please give me some serious advice on how to feel better. I feel pathetic when I see all the famous ppl and celebs. I feel like they must be having a perfect life. I tried to find a good psychologist but can't find any good one. THey are all about how much money they can get from me. That is why I am seeking help from here. I do not have anyone whom I can tell this and get advice from them regarding my problem.

  The best solution is, to say in your heart," This is my life, my future, no noob's gonna destroy it. Not even me". Just remember uve gotta do it for urself only. Ure not doing it for ur parents, for ur friends. When there is a will, there's a way. U have gotta instill that confidence in urself that, YES IM GONNA DO IT!!!" Leave the world for now.
