Can mild dehydration cause brain damage in the elderly?

Can doing triple c's 6 times cause brain damage?

• Yes...I've unfortunately done them in my past, and I'm really worried now over brain damage. Luckily, each time I did them, I never took more than 8. The first three times were within about 2-3 weeks of eachother. Then the last 3 times happened about three years later, with a month or so in between each time. I'm just so worried that I have brain damage now and I'm constantly forgetting things! Is it the stress or could something have happened? I've seen a few doctors but they all don't really know about the ingredients inthem and just assume I should be okay. But I don't feel okay...I'm really anxious. it's all I seem to constantly think about for the past few months, it's like my whole life has turned around and everything i do revolves around brain damage. Does anyone have any advice on how I can possibly get over this as well?
