Just had a anxiety attack!!!!?

I have just had like a 1 minute anxiety attack, it feels like I am gonna have a heart attack. My chest tightened up, My heart is raising. while I was having the anxiety attack, I got dizzy, my heart was beating fast & it feels like my heart gonna stop, my heart also feels, or chest also feels score. & I am very dizzy.. People who have had, or has anxiety attacks do you also go though this? I am serious, I am only 15. I am also shacking. Thanks Regards Feels score now after my anxiety attack is over

i have had many anxiety attacks, so I know what you felt. You feel like you are going to pass out or die, it's horrible. I am now on zoloft for anxiety and I no longer have them. Talk to parents about seeing your doctor for help. In the meantime if you have them remember, you are not going to die from them and try to take slow deep breathes, through your nose and out your mouth, also sometimes going outside into the fresh air would help me calm down.

it could be an anxiety attack, i suffer from frequent anxiety attacks, and u kno, who doesnt? im 14, my friends r 15/16 lol [im the youngest] but back to wat i was saying, suffering from an anxiety attack is not really a problem, until they are frequent and get in the way of ur daily life, like almost to the point where u cant leave ur house. tht happened to me bc then they started happening at school and home, and it was embarrassing, but then i got a counselor [the main reason y i hav one tho is tht i am an excutter] but u were probably just having an anxiety attack. try to calm down next time, and take a break from drinking caffeine. if it really bothers u, talk to ur parents, or the school nurse. i talked to my mom, and she just told me to calm down next time, etc etc... i hope ive helpedd-if u ever wanna chat, u can email me-lol ttylz xoxo
Its okay, Its over now....... If you want help you should talk to your doctor, they can help a lot!!!! I was put on lexapro and I am much better now. I havnt had an anxiety attack for months now!!!!! To get your mind off of your attack, read about my first and worst attack. I was at band camp my freshman year of high school. I didn't know hardly anybody. I had an autistic roommate. I got into a heated argument with a few people so I walked away from them and went inside to sit down..... next thing I knew it felt like I was having a heart attack, I got really dizzy, and couldn't breath!!! I felt like I was being smothered. I was hyperventilating. My band director called 911.... I was sooooo scared. The ambulance finally got there and took me 2 the hospital and they did tons of tests and said that I had anxiety attacks. It took me a few days to recover from it. My attack lasted for about 3-4 hours, but I was told that I had them one after another. ANXIETY ATTACKS ARE HORRIBLE, BUT YOU DON'T HAVE TO LIVE WITH THEM!!!!
yes i have had one and am 16 so similar. yes i felt dizzy (i passed out) and my chest tighted up (my in-haler didnt help by this point) and my breathing was very quick. when i had mine my hands and feet went numb and it lasted about 20 mins which is normal for a panick/anxiety attack. i did feel like i could brethe no more, i was breathing as much as i could and my head went very light headed. if this is the first one then you will be shacken up alot because duing the attack you will not be able to recognise the signs and control yourself. dont worry, have a drink, and sit in a calm place and calm down. if this happens again within and week then you might want to go to a doctor to see what they say. try NHS online search up about it becuase you might find it handy to read up about them and relate yourself to it and see what you can do :)
