Why do we see colors?

Why does the temperature of my body change when i see certain colors?

  • This is really hard to explain, but when i see colors like white, baby blue, baby pink, i get cold. sometimes freezzing. no matter how many blankets i put on i am still cold. When i see colors like red, dark blue, black, and deep purple, i get warm or hot. Please tell me why this is. I have been this way ever since i can remember. If anyone has links to a wiki article or something. please.

  • Answer:

Its sound like your perception of these colors made you respond with vasoconstriction(cold) or vasodialation(warm). There is a very effective method to control this called biofeedback.
