How often should a teenager go shopping?

How do i controll my life???? please?

• im having trouble juggling school, babies, chores, extracurriculars, friends, free time, and time for myself. Im failing some of my classes (about 2) and they are social studies and earth science, the worst subjects i have. i use to be really good at science, but then i went to online school and my earth science grade just went dowwnn. social studies too. how do i plan a homework schedule? i dont know how!! also, i have a baby sister, and my mother obviously likes to use and abuse me by shoving her baby at me and going to have fun (like right now she's at a concert. other times she will give me the baby for cleaning, or because she wants to go clothes shopping or grocery shopping or exersizing or something like that. babysitting lasts from 1 to 6 hours, leaving me no time for homework) and i try to tell her that i need time for homework and to just be a teenager but the last time i tried that she was all 'your being so lazy" and 'i spend so much time with her the least you could do is watch her a little for me". its driving me nuts and my sleep is going down the drain too. i have hereditary under eye bags, but now they are all saggy and dark. lastly, i hardly have time to just have a break and have fun, except for now, when its like 10 pm here in hawaii. i just want to have time to go surfing and talk to my friends and juts be FREE for like once in my life. and have time to make something of myself like making money and things like that, or working to improve myself. i really need help. please help!!?!!!
