Why am i so tired all the time?

okay so always during the holidays i get more time too sleep than usual cause the other days i hve to wake up for school. Well i still feel tired even with bout 10 hours of sleep. I slept at about 12:00am and woke up at around 10:45ish-11:00am. Theres this one side of me that desperately wants to sleep even though i've had enough but theres also another side of me that wants to wake-up. Whats wrong with my sleep?why am i so tired? Also i hve bags under my eyes all the time. I always look tired even though sometimes i dont feel tired.No matter how much rest i try nd geh i always feel tired. Why is that?

The quality of sleep you're getting is shitty. Sleeping problems don't just end at not sleeping or getting little sleep, it also includes the type of sleep you get. If you get too much REM sleep then you'll be tired even if you sleep for hours. See your GP for advice.

you may want to look into hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism they both will cause bad sleep problems do you have any other symptoms like dry skin mood changes nerves feelings check into
I am not that sure,but you are probably tired because you are probably an active person. When you are at school or other places, just don't work too hard, relax while you work. If you have your period, your period could be causing you to become tired because periods can change mood/behavior. If this continues,you probably have to go to a doctor to check why you are so tired. I hope this helps!
I am guessing that you may be low in iron. It is typical for teenage girls to usually be low in iron. They have vitamins that will help increase your intake of it. Hopefully that will help! Oh and be sure to drink plenty of water! :D

you are tired maybe you are stressed or depressed. all you haft to do is sleep till you wake up by your self without anyone waking you up and eat healthy food or maybe have a good time with your Friend's or ORGANISE a time to sleep and a time to get up
