What should i do since i believe i have social anxiety disorder?

i just realized i might have a social anxiety disorder since i fit to most or all the symtopms. What should i do? im seriously not sure if i should tell my parents or not. I know i wont tell my friends but im not sure if i should get help my parents would probly wanna get help but my family is already suffering money wise. The reason i wanna get help is not that im awkward in social situations but its that i hesitate and am nervous/get anxiety about alot of things with friends like what i should say please help

The origin for anxiety is unhealthy thoughts, habits, traits or behaviors. One should not have illegitimate desires or pleasures. These create attachments. If the desire is not fulfilled, one gets anger. Anger leads to frustration, frustration leads to infatuation. Infatuation leads to confusion of memory. Confusion of memory leads to loss of reason. Thus one gets trapped in mental tensions or stresses and strains. These are the root causes for getting anxiety disorders. Anxiety can also come because of huge accumulation of impurities in the mind. This comes because of bad quality of solid or liquid intake, bad drinking habits, bad weed habits, bad company of friends, etc. Impurities are like jealousy, anger, lust, negligence, lethargy, inadvertence, ego, pride, arrogance, hypocrisy. ill-will, illegitimate desire, etc. etc. You need not go to any doctor and spend money. Keep your mind in control or order. You mind is your best friend. Mind should be strong, steady, stable, pure, sharp and bright.

You should tell your parents, I live with this disorder as well. And it is not something that will just go away. Don't worry about the money, your parents will be able to finance your doctor visit very easily. Your mental health is too important to let slip away.

Well... You can always to do a doctor and see if u really have it. I hope u don't because Anxiety is not a fun thing to have. Talk to your mom or dad.. Whichever one u feel better talking to. If u want to. You can talk to a really close friend. :) If u have anxiety you NEED help because Trust me.. From personal experience .. It sucks. A lot.
