I feel like I have some sort of OCD or something worse? Please help..?

I always have to have everything perfect, and when someone touches something of mine, I have to go back and fix it and make it the way I had it, and I whenever I'm doing something on the computer or phone, if someone talks and it interrupts me, I always have to go back and see if I missed anything or did anything wrong, and every time I leave the house I always have to check up and see if I look fine or if anything is weird, and if I don't or I 'mess up' I have this feeling inside me ALL DAY until I fix it or go back and re do what I wanted to do in the first place. I don't know how to get rid of it, and I tried ignoring it, but it keeps coming back and I don't know what to do, it drives me CRAZY. And I always have to read over everything out-loud, like, before I post this, I'm reading it all out loud to make sure it's right and the way I want it:( And if there is a period (.) in a sentence, I have to say it or dot.
