When I dream, does it counted as a deep sleep?
-
sometimes when I dream, I would wake up feeling more tired than normal sleeps without any dreams. While dreaming, does my body still release growth hormone? This question is apply for a teenager. Thanks

Answer:
You dream in a shallower sleep. You could dream in a deeper sleep, but you almost always don't remember those ones. If you woke up through a dream and you know you had just been dreaming, it means it was only a shallow sleep and it probably wasn't that refreshing deep sleep stage.
