1986 suzuki savage 650 not starting help me please?

i really need help i have a 1986 suzuki savage 650cc its not starting now but it all started when the bike was leaking oil so i removed the plate on the left of the bike (looking left from sitting on the bike) to fix the gasket but i broke a bolt in the process and i sent the bike to the shop to fix the bolt but when it got back there was gas in my oil and my float in the carborator was stuck so i go that fixed and changed the oil and the bike still wont start and the bike still leaks a little from the oil drain bolt on the botton of the bike but i know the carbs working i know the spark plugs good and the battery holds a charge PLEASE HELP!!!!

got fuel.. got spark.. I would check compression .. then timing.. if you have all of those... then the mixture may be to far out.. so carbie may need fixing..
