You know on the bottom of camera where the tri pod screws into the camera? Well find a carriage bolt that screws into that. Then drill a hole on the top of you helmet and stick the carriage bolt through the hole so the threads are sticking out the top. Make sure the bolt isn't very long. Put a nut on the bolt so it tightens it down to the helmet. Then screw your camera on. Put some tape on the bolt on the inside and your good to go. You should beable to find a rubber plug at a hard ware store to put in the hole in the helmet when your not using the camera so it will look like its made like that.

In sixties and seventies, when cameras were MUCH heavier, they used lots of duct tape to attach them to helmets. Much of the famous movie "On Any Sunday" was shot this way. It's a lot easier now with today's very small and lightweight cameras. Do NOT drill any holes in your helmet: It will make the helmet MUCH weaker in a crash.
