Photography project on contrast?

I have an A level coursework piece on contrast, basically we have to come up with our own concept, the concept i chose was the contrast between purity and impurity but I'm not getting very far with it, if you have any suggestions for this project photoshoot wise then this would be useful but I'm thinking of changing my concept, so any ideas would be great :)
