Hi there, Just doing a shoot in a small area. Wondering if i Can use a speed light umbrella kit (flash photography) with a non-flash filler light ( with soft box) Thanks!

Yes. But you might have better luck with a reflector. They are not that expensive, and would be easier to use than an umbrella.
