How to edit the photo?

How can I edit this photo?

  • A friend and I have this photo of us standing about 20 feet away from each other pointing harry potter wands at each other. The photo itself seems kind of boring and we asked the person who took the photo to do this but he just uploaded it to facebook without effects. We want to edit the photo to make it look like we're in a real wand fight. As in, the two magic streams connecting in the middle. I don't want it to be two perfectly straight streams..I want it to look legit. With sparks flying in the middle, the two streams looking a little wobbly. It would be awesome if anyone can help find a website or something..please and thank you

    Photoshop would be perfect but you can try this website http://www.picnik.com/. It helped me a lot :D
