deviantart.com, then search tutorials. most of them are CSS tutorials, but theres deffinetly stuff for what your looking for. its one of the biggest art sites on the web. people make the tutorials themselves and submit them for other artists. its like face book but instead of posting pictures of urself u post ur art work and art tutorials (mostly they teach techniques and stuff for specific types of art) there are so many people on it, ull find what ever u need.
