Adobe After Effects Tutorial?

My question is if anybody knows where I can find any tutorials on creating animation on adobe after effects like in this video. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CwG004jgCZg&feature=related I believe its done by sketching a printer and scanning it but i dont know how to create the movements and effects through after effects

Well at http://videocopilot.net/tutorials/ they have a lot of After Effects tutorials. Not sure they have what your looking for but you should be able to come up with your own ideas with their tips.
