I want to be a graphic/web designer when im older but don't want to go university?
-
i was looking for jobs on the net for graphic/web designers and most of the stuff they asked for i could already do to quite a high standard, im still currently doing my GSCE's and was wondering would a BTEC diploma/decent portfolio or A-level be enough to become a graphic designer or would i need to go uni? as i don't really want to -Thanks

Answer:
The POINT of going to the university is they train you on the top of the line software programs. Some of these programs run in the thousands of dollars, you can't learn that from home.
