How To Draw Expressively?

Are there any websites that can teach me how to draw?

• I really love to draw but i have no talent for it. They say practice makes perfect but that is a load in my case. I can't even write a legible sentence and i have been writing for 11 years. (16 years old). I hate that people are just born with natural talent. it makes me so jealous. I want to learn to draw anime. I can occasionally draw a good picture when using a reference, but even then I'm no good. I always mess up details but it looks remotely similar to the picture that i was attempting to draw. I cant even draw an egg shape for the head on the "how to draw" books that I sometimes buy. I need to learn the basics in a online way. I don't want to go to art school because I know it will be of no use to me in my career life. I simply want to draw at leisure. Can anyone help me?
