Do Web Designers create the Logo's & Graphics, or is it the clients responsibilities to provide them?

When a Web Designer is creating a website for a client, does the Web Designer have to create the companies Logo(title style) and the graphics/images, or does the client have to provide them for the Web Designer to use?

It depends if the web designer is also the client's graphic artist. If not, then the client would, or at least should, provide a logo to use.
