How do i make a scroll-box for pictures?

Is there any software that can let you make your own pictures?

I'm doing a photography course at school and was just wondering if there was any computer software that could let you create your own pictures. Such as making pictures of you next to a celebrity, or climbing a mountain. Or making pictures of you surfing with monkeys or something. I mean by like editing pictures copying one pictures with another picture, etc. I want advance programming so I could make pictures come together and make it look real

Photoshop is the thing that goes to my mind. In that software, you can edit even the singles details.

usually, Photoshop is used to solve these quesion but some people cannot learn how to use it therefore, I get the wonderful photo editing software---Photo Genius, which is specially designed to edit photos with most effective ways, although you don't any picture editing basic. Yes there are. I use Photoshop and Gimp. You can make pictures come together with that software, it just takes time, practice, and patients. I know this because I do it. I suggest looking up some photoshop/gimp tutorials on youtube.com to help you get started. Good Luck! :)
